The site is secured with the TLS/HTTPS standard. The data is transmitted encrypted and stored on Netlify servers (SOC 2 Type II). In the event of a material security breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with the reporting obligations set out in Amendment 13.

In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law (August 2025), you have the right to:

• Access — to receive a breakdown of the information stored about you
• Correction — to request correction of incorrect or inaccurate information
• Deletion — to request deletion of the information ("the right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations
• Restriction of processing — to request a restriction on the use of your information
• Data portability — to receive the information in a structured and readable format
• Objection — to object to the processing of the information for certain purposes
